The collection consists of architectural drawings made for Sherman Pratt for his home on Niagara Island in the Thousand Islands by John Walter Wood. Also includes a map of the St. Lawrence Seaway (1978), as well as an architectural drawing of the second floor of the house (1993).

The fonds consists of architectural drawings and accompanying project files reflecting the solo career of Lily Inglis including projects she undertook in England, Italy, Philadelphia and Kingston. It consists of a number of drawings, as well as the files containing specifications, proposed and final, used by John Schreiber in the design of two residences located in the Thousand Islands region of the province of Ontario, for patrons Mr. Robert Hewitt, and Mr. and Mrs. C. Vandendries. The two examples of his work provided here are tangible examples of how John Schreiber incorporated his ideas of style and landscape in order to blend these structures perfectly into the unique geography known as the Thousand Islands.

The collection consists of copied plans for Kingston town hall and Kingston market house as well as a house plan on St. Denis Street in Montreal for the Heirs Hunt. There is one original set of plans, attributed to George Browne, for the Bank of Montreal (Frontenac Club) on King Street, Kingston.

Fonds consists of eleven photographic copies of pen and ink on linen drawings, executed by the Boston architect, Frank T. Lent, for two separate, yet similar, plans of a summer home designed for Dr. Edward Atkinson, to be located on Big White Calf Island in the Thousand Islands, Ontario. Also included are drawings for Bermingham House amd Carter House.
