Fonds consists of deeds and other legal documents relating to property holdings in Kingston, Ontario; correspondence, photographs, and news clippings; autographed copy, with many signatures of his classmates, of Maxwell Strange's Tricolor '28 Yearbook.

File consists of three notebooks. Two of the notebooks are presumably pertaining to Orlando Sampson Strange's occupation as physician, while the remaining notebook being attributed to Thomas Fraser having to do with surveying in the Town of Kingston. The laying out of the upper burial grounds.
