Biographical history

Alice Rothwell, a young admirer of the Canadian poet Marjorie Pickthall, was a student of the University of Toronto. She died around 1912 of a ruptured appendix.

Scope and content

This collection consists of poems and essays by Marjorie Pickthall, letters from Pickthall to Rothwell, and newspaper clippings about Pickthall.
